3.2 Intellectual Property Rights. In using or interacting with the Site and/or the content, you will not (a) infringe or attempt to infirm the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else (including Golazzo) or (b) download, copy or store any part of the Site and/or content.

All content included on our Site (including but not limited to the Site design, photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, button icons and the selection and arrangement there) are either our property or that of our content suppliers and are protected by English and International intellectual property laws.
All software used on this site is either our property or that of our suppliers and is protected by English and international intellectual property laws ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED.
Any other use of materials on our site including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcasting republication, downloading or uploading without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Your Account. In order to use the site you are required to register and open an account with Golazzo before accessing and using any of the features available in the site.
4.2 Eligibility. You acknowledge and agree that (a) you must be over eighteen (18) years old in order to make purchases within the Site; (b) you do not currently have another Golazzo account; and (c) you have not been previously suspended or prohibited from using the Site.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 Payment Methods. You may use any payment method we make available to you from time to time. Golazzo use a third party payment processor (‘the Payment Processor’) to bill you for any purchases you make. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor.
5.2 No refunds following purchase. You acknowledge that immediately following acceptance of your order and payment you will have no right to change your mind and cancel under any applicable consumer protection laws.
6. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
6.1 What we are responsible for. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we will be responsible for loss or damage that you suffer as a foreseeable consequence of the failure to comply with these Terms. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
6.2 What we are not liable for. Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
7. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
7.1 This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
7.2 Each paragraph and sub paragraph of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs and sub paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
7.3 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of you breaking this contract, that will not mane that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
7.4 The laws that apply to this contract. These Terms are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
